Start with one vendor or customer contract. Adjacent product/privacy or outside-GC work is scoped separately when it comes up.
For recurring contract volume, use a monthly commitment. Vendor contracts, customer contracts, NDAs, contractor agreements, and related advisory questions draw down the same monthly floor.
Monthly minimum, not retainer. Your monthly minimum is applied against work at discounted menu prices. You're paying for what you get, with a floor — and everything is cheaper than menu rates.
Deal work is scoped flat-fee. Advisory work draws down the minimum. Customer contracts, vendor reviews, NDAs, and contractor agreements are priced from the menu for the agreed scope. Advisory questions, product/privacy counseling, employment basics, and other non-deal work are billed at $750/hour (less your discount) against the monthly minimum. If scope changes or a deal heads outside the quoted fee, I flag it before continuing.
Priority access. Committed clients get target response times on Slack and faster deal turnaround. Higher commitments, faster target response.
The promise: One price covers the agreed scope. No per-document billing inside that scope. No hourly surprises.
If a deal turns into something materially different than we scoped — a hostile counterparty, a new workstream, a months-long stall — I'll tell you before anything changes, and we'll re-price together. You'll never get a surprise bill.
Deal work only. Litigation, regulatory, tax, and M&A aren't in my wheelhouse — but I'll connect you with the right specialist.
